What I need from my mommy is everything a mother can offer. I need her love, guidance, trust, money, shelter and patiences. Her love is the most important thing to me because that shows that she cares for me. Also she can guide me in the right path because there are something I might not found that path and do something wrong. So I need her to help and tell me if I am doing the right thing in life because mothers know better. Trust is very important to me because when I am not with my family I would want them to trust that I will do the right thing.

Also that I can trust with important things in life. Plus her money because she can provide clothing, shelter and food. If I didn’t have my mom for that I would be where I am at right now and I wouldn’t be the person I am today. So that’s all I need from my mommy and family because without them I wouldn’t have anything in life.

I want to learn from my culture is the language because I don’t know how to speak spanish correctly. But I understand everything in spanish when I hear somebody talking or their talking to me. And of course I would love to read and write in the that language which is Spanish. It is very important to know one then one language during this time because people speak all different types of languages. Plus, it will help you to communicate with other people that speak a different language. Also I would to love to learn the way they cook. Because every culture cooks different and have their own dishes. In the food they add a lot of spices to the food like chile. So I would like to know those two thing about my culture.

microsoft VS. Photobucket

Microsoft VS. AT&T U.S. Supreme Court justices debated definitions of, software and component in a Microsoft Corp. vs. AT&T Inc. patent case. At issue is whether Microsoft can be held liable for violating an AT&T patent on technology that condenses speech into computer code, similar to that found on Microsoft’s Windows program, The Washington Post reports. Microsoft ships code overseas in master disks that get copied before being installed in a manner the justices agreed would be infringing if it had taken place on U.S. soil. A question they asked is whether software code is a component that can be patented. Justice Anthony Kennedy called it  Microsoft would contend a computer, rather than software, is product. On the flip-side, justices worried a decision in favor or AT&T could be overbroad, turning any transmission of information about a patented process into a potential patent infringement. So Microsoft won. If AT&T would’ve won, then many companies involved in the practice of sending software overseas, would’ve cost the software industry billions of dollars for past infringement. And if AT&T won, then Mircosoft would’ve owed them around 1 billion dollars.

The three aspects of my culture I would like to put in a box is the tradition for a girls fifteen birthday. In spanish it is called a quinceanera and that which when the girl becomes a young lady in life. So they throw the girl a party and they all go to church to get God’s blessing. Also in like to put our music. All different types of cultures have different types of music that has their own beat and rhyme to it. And I would like to put food in the time capsule because the Hispanic is different from other cultures. Like common Hispanic foods are like tacos and enchiladas and that’s three aspects about my culture. In the dictionary the word success is described as the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.  Well, my definition of success in when you have anything that you have accomplished in your life. Which I think is like school for me right now with my grades and also with the friends and family. But being successful is not as about the money because money cannot buy happiness. And the key of having a successful life or being successful is happiness. But of course, you have to be successful in religion and in heath. Because why would you need success if your not going to live it. So that’s my definition of success.
